According to recent reports, Samsung has released Android 11 for the Galaxy A02. This update will be accompanied by Samsung's new One UI 3 user interface. This update is currently running in Russia with version A022GDXU2BUI3.
In addition to the new features of Android 11, this update has new One UI features that are present in low-end Galaxy phones. Like other OTA system updates, this version is being released regionally. Hence, it is only available to a few Russian users. However, this new update should reach other regions in the coming days.
Galaxy A02 users may receive another important update, and this update will likely be the One UI 4 user interface with Android 12. This version of the update is expected to be released late next year. Most importantly, the smartphone will likely receive security packs after its second major software update. It uses a 5000 mAh and selfie camera notch at the top of the screen. This phone is a smaller version of the A02s, which was introduced in December 2020 (late December to early January). Although its display is similar to the Galaxy A02s, it uses a quad-core processor instead of an 8-core processor.
