Here are some of the best movie and TV dramas adapted from Jane Austen's fascinating and classic novels; Among them is the 1995 BBC television series Pride and Prejudice, which brought Colin Firth to fame. It is hard work and time consuming. But which ones are the best? "Emma" starring Anya Taylor Joy as Emma Woodhouse, and as the protagonist, who has a series of suitors and a love life with friends and family, starring Johnny Flynn as the clever George Knightley, whom Emma finally realizes. He loves her, and Bill Niggy plays his father, Mr. Woodhouse. Could it be the best adaptation? A total of six adaptations for television and cinema; Three feature films (one for TV) and three mini-series. But the 2009 BBC television series Emma, starring Romula Garay and Johnny Lee Miller, was criticized by The Independent for acting problems, with Lee Miller being a "lover". "Amazing" was not convincing. But this 1996 adaptation of ITV by Andrew Davis, starring Kate Beckinsale and Mark Strong, is still considered by critics to be the best adaptation.

Austen wrote six complete novels before his death; "Sense and Sensibility" in 1811, "Pride and Prejudice" in 1813, "Mansfield Park" in 1814, "Emma" in 1815. Along with these acclaimed works, Northanger Abbey and Persuasion were published after his death in 1818. He started another novel called "Sanditon", but died before it was over. However, the novel was beautifully portrayed in a TV series.

There is also a short novel called "Lady Susan" which inspires the acclaimed film "Love and Friendship" ) Was produced in 2006 and there is a half-abandoned novel called "The Watsons", which has so far been turned into a play only by Laura Wade.

The title of the film says it all. This is probably the worst adaptation of Pride and Prejudice, proving that Austen and the zombies do not really get along well. The film is based on the 2009 novel Seth Graham Smith, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, which was itself an imitation of Austen. Lily James as Elizabeth and Sam Riley as Darcy. Bloody battles ensue when zombies attack a dance party attended by Bennett's sisters. At the end of the film, when Darcy and Elizabeth have a joint wedding with Bingley (played by Douglas Booth) and Jane (played by Bella Heathcott), the zombies are threatened again to disrupt the ceremony.

This Bollywood-style "Pride and Prejudice" directed by Grinder Chadha has received mixed reviews from critics, but it is still a lot of fun, and we see that instead of English clothes with sari (Indian women's clothing) Has changed.

The film focuses on Lalita Bakshi (equivalent to Elizabeth Bennett), a young Indian woman played by Aishwarya Rai. Darcy is an American businessman played by Martin Henderson, but this adaptation of Austen's novel lacks any real depth despite all its variations and dances and songs.
